As always, unsigned numbered parallels are fairly affordable compared to rare signed inserts. The same goes for graded versions, so there should be something to suit almost every budget. Take a look at the Donruss set if you’d like cheaper PSA 10 options. 

The ‘best’ card is subjective, but Evan Mobley’s signed Rookie Ticket is currently attracting a lot of attention whenever a copy comes up at auction. We’d keep an eye on prices, especially for pristine graded versions of the Contenders card.
