It’s not to be confused with 2021 Upper Deck AEW Wrestling, which is the first ever AEW collection released by UD. (Cards from this set are far cheaper.)

4. 2021 Upper Deck AEW Spectrum Wrestling Kris Statlander #85 (eBay)

At the current time of writing, Kris Statlander is out with injury, but it’s rumored that she could be the one to finally dethrone Jade Cargill. Her autos and parallels have proven to be exceptionally popular with AEW collectors. 

However, Statlander tore her ACL and LCL in her right leg back in August of 2022, and it could take a year before she’s back in action. Will plans have changed in that time period?

In any case, he would leave as a two-time champ, with a total reign of three days.

Jade Cargill is one of the biggest stars in AEW, making her debut in March 2021. Her record of 54-1 is a massive push, and it’s unclear who can beat her as of 2023. (Kris Statlander is a decent bet.)

Maxwell Jacob Friedman (MJF) has been given a massive push, winning the AEW world championship from Jon Moxley at All Elite Wrestling’s Full Gear PPV. It’s no surprise to see that his Spectrum card takes the top spot on this list. 

Arguably the best true heel on the roster, he’s still only 26, and looks to have a bright career ahead of him within the industry. Always treading the kayfabe line, he’s been open about the possibility of leaving AEW for WWE in 2024.

2021 Upper Deck AEW Spectrum Cards: Final Thoughts 

The 2021 Spectrum set is easy to identify thanks to a large logo at the top, and it’s where you’ll find many of the most valuable AEW cards to date. It’s great if you’re interested in the best autos from the promotion, and there aren’t many flaws aside from a high asking price. 

You’ll still be able to find sealed boxes on the market, but it’s probably best to buy the card you want outright.
