The ‘best’ cards from the set have to be the autos, especially if you’re looking for the most valuable 2022/23 Match Attax cards.

- 2022/23 Match Attax Dual Autos (eBay)
Vinicius Jr, Neymar Jr, Ansu Fati, Jude Bellingham. Some of the names featured on the dual autographs are massive within the world of football, and have to be seen as some of the best Match Attax cards ever released.
Once again, there’s only a trio of numbered parallels to chase, including a Rainbow version which is a one of one. We expect these to be just as difficult to locate as the autos seen above.

2022/23 Match Attax: What We Packed
As you might have guessed, we packed a healthy selection of parallels as there were an average of three per box, including a Black Edge Edition card, and a couple of Pro-Elite Chrome Shields.
They’re not worth much, but the designs have improved since last year. The Chrome Shields feel sturdier, while the 100 Club cards look better. (You’ll see Kylian Mbappe’s 100 Club card in the image above.)
Of course, we were always unlikely to hit an auto, and we ended up empty handed in that respect. However, it wasn’t disappointing to open the packs and check out the collection of new inserts and subsets, and it’s still wallet friendly.
2022/23 Match Attax: Overall
2022/23 Match Attax boxes are more expensive than last year, but it’s still an entry-level set which is fun to rip in bulk.
It contains the best players who ply their trade in Europe, and includes Messi autographs, dual signatures, and a range of improvements compared to 2021/22.
We’re big fans of the budget Match Attax set, but it probably isn’t going to be the best option in terms of values in the future.
The card designs are still a bit too busy, while only the rare autos and patches look to be a viable long term hold.
